The purpose of the information on Kentucky.com is obviously to promote revenue to the USDA Forestry Service thru collection of fees -- against the promises and reasons given for the purpose of the LBL Demonstration: that there be no commercialization within LBL; to Demonstrate how LBL could promote commercial develpment in areas surrounding LBL.
